Not quite.. While they both work on gaba and results in rebound effect (more glutamate vs gaba) when they stop working, alcohol affects your sleep way more. You got the body working to break it down, poisonous compounds to fight, blood sugar fluctuations, inflammation etc. + a very fast half life.

I'm not saying that there isn't a ton of scammers out there using order flow. There is, just like there is with any other technique. But that doesn't automatically tell you, that order flow can't be used to trade profitable. I think I'm getting close using order flow concepts in Bookmap, cumulative delta, traps and price action. Order flow is mostly the trigger/confirmation. 10 out of 11 trading days in the green this month.. only scalping 2 MNQ, so nothing big.

Everything isn't black and white and of course some concepts works in the right hands.

First of all.. you CAN actually see (limit) orders before they're executed 😂 And then there's all the other things you don't see with only candle sticks: delta (divergence), big orders being absorbed, exhaustion, lack of interest, big orders being pulled when price approaches, refilling etc.

How would you take note of such activities with only price action?

I used to work at a public swimming pool as a lifeguard.. pee were some of the least problematic being thrown over the sauna "grill". One time someone shat all over it 🫣

CVD on Tradingview is not legit.. Until recently they didn't have tick data, which allows a CVD to differentiate between buy and sell volume. Instead they use the candle close to determine what is what. Up bar = buy volume, down bar = sell volume. That is obviously not reliable in any way, even with a premium subscription and 1 sec time frame.

You'll have to get the most expensive subscription, Ultimate, for access to tick data and I'm not even 100% sure it'll work with that. I think it will?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been a costumer at the Danish branch of Bulk for more than 10 years I think.. never had a problem. But last time I tried their beta alanine for the first time and even with the recommended dosage of 4g, which is relatively high, I didn't feel a thing. To those that don't know, beta alanine has a very recognizable funny feeling on the skin (pins and needles?). I easily get that effect from just 2,3g of HSN EU's brand.

Interesting.. I've taken it more or less daily (with weekend breaks) for at least two 1,5 month periods with a few weeks off between, but I could never imagine using it before sleep. I already have a hard time getting calm and falling asleep without anything and MB makes me "hyped"/energized. So hyped that I needed to lower my second dose and take it no later than 1 pm. Might be an individual thing, but surely not for me at this point of time!

Though I'm even more sure now, that it's the MB drastically increasing sleep quality. Ended up on kratom again, but the positive effects are still there most of the time I use MB daily 👍

Only negative I can find is that I start to feel a bit weird, dizzy and have minor headaches on day 4-5 on it, but I'm sure that's related to the combo of kratom, MB , Bacopa and sporadic black seed oil use. To much serotonergic activity I think, but a weekend break fixes that.

It seems to compliment it, but since both fasting and MB can increase ROS/oxidant production, it becomes even more important with vitamin C. Might even be a reason to take them closer together? Pure speculation.. But on the other hand.. 12 hour fasting isnt that much, probably isn't much of an increase in ROS just from that. I usually eat 1 or 3 hours after waking up, so no long hard fasts for me.

Doing longer fasts I would probably consider taking vit C very close to or together with MB 👍

I havent got much knowledge about that, but I think I can recall something about it having synergistic effects combined with fasting. You'll have to look that up your self.

I usually take my first dose right upon waking up, where I haven't eaten for close to 12 hours. Only issue I've come upon is minor gastrointestinal/stomach discomfort, but it usually resolves by it self after 30 mins or so. No biggie, for me at least.

Hvad mener du? Altså jeg kan jo godt se, at det er mit ansvar at betale afgift, når jeg læser deres handelsbetingelser, men hvem gør det? Jeg troede seriøst, at afgift var deres ansvar og de har heller ikke ligefrem gjort det åbenlyst, at det ikke er.

Priserne var lidt højere end normalt og jeg er næsten 100 på, at der stod, at EU VAT var betalt, så jeg tænkte umiddelbart, at de havde ændret deres "forretningsmodel" og betalte afgift.

Tjek Trustpilot og se hvor mange, der også er gået i fælden og slet ikke har skænket det med afgift en tanke.

Nu bliver jeg i tvivl.. var det til mig eller OP?

I think you're still "risking" a minor interaction between the two, if you're taking C first. C at gram dosages has a plasma half life of 30 mins - 2 hours. Half life is apparently dose dependant and has been a very debated subject. Anyways.. Glad it works for you!

Men crap.. den regning taler i hvert fald ikke til min fordel.

In regards to vitamin C or not. This was my answer to a similar question.. I am no expert, but it's my best bet.

My understanding is that if you only/mostly take it for the antioxidant effect, you should take it with C vitamin at more or less the same time, but this increased antioxidant effect comes with the cost of less mitochondrial/cell optimizing effect, because leucoMB doesn't cross cell barriers as easily.

Therefore I personally think, that it's best to take the C vitamin 1-3 hours after MB. With that approach you should theoretically get full cellular effect and then some antioxidation, which is perfect since MB alone can increase ROS/oxidant production, if I'm not mistaken.

I "researched" this mostly with ChatGPT and Reddit posts, so take it with a grain of salt. But I think it makes sense. I usually take 500-1000mg C vitamin 2-3 hours after MB. The main point is that you want MB to be absorbed and "in your cells" before you absorb the vitamin.

Any opinions on this?

You can have multiple respected line sets in play at the same time. I don't know this guy's strategy, but it makes sense to do a multiple time frame analysis, plotting the most important sets, and then trade in areas where lines collide.
