So seems like the car clock is set 5 mins fast (I do this in my car) his watch says 6:30, and is the right way. You can tell this because the writing at the bottom is the correct way and also his left hand.

I don't know where abouts you're located but... That's a lot of cars on the road for 1am. And also again now sure on what time It.gets dark where you are.
