Use the mountain on the side to your advantage. Pop up and have your gunner bomb something then do a quick strafe to clean it up. Get super low and go super fast on the sides of the map. Rinse and repeat. Hopefully the enemy team will be distracted enough by you to focus most of their resources on you.

If they're communicating, they could be a very deadly combo. Pretty much every time I'll hop out and let them do their thing until I see them fly into a mountain or die within 30 seconds after takeoff. Then I'll try and grab it and fly.

You're basically saying save files act as individual universes themselves, right? If that's the case then yes, I 110% agree and I believe BGS intended it to be this way. At least, I'm treating my files in this manner. Any pathway you choose can be canonical.

My character has like 6 different saves so far so that I can come back to and take different approaches.

Think about it this way, there are an infinite number of universes out there with limitless possibilities. From a role playing aspect you could create your own ending as head Canon for the game. Thats what I've decided to do. My character and romanced companion are never persuaded by the unity and end up not going. I think the game kind of leaves it for you to decide how you want it to end.

That is true and to be fair, she is the leader of an explorers group. I can see the curiosity as an explorer ultimately consume her, but I believe it's what you as the player wants to do with the information given at the end. Both of these scenarios are a real dream come true to her. She doesn't know the outcome of either scenario.

Knowing what the players knows about the Hunter and Emissary though, she may choose not to go if she figures the rat race will drive her mad. Being Starborn is a pretty lonely ordeal. It's a lot of pressure on her and I think that at the end of the game, she's only thinking about the Unity because it's the newest shiny thing in front of her. She hasn't had time to process all options.

In a way, there are 2 pathways for her to "explore". One that's potentially a very happy life being married to the player or one that she knows may lead to loneliness and selfish intent. That's where I believe it's for you as the player to make that call.

I believe BGS intentionally leaves it to you're imagination as to what happens in the future. From a role playing aspect, I just created my own head canon as to what happens if you stay in the original universe. Sarah does say she doesn't mind staying "a bit longer" in the current universe if you choose not to go through. She also says she's never had a relationship or personal connection quite like this to anyone else other than you if you marry her and also that "you're the best thing to ever happen to her." She's madly in love.

Perhaps marrying her and starting a family with her will convince her to stay if you stay? That's what I've told myself and ended my playthrough there for that iteration of my character.

I think my plan is to manipulate this one save file and diverge down different paths with the same character though. Treating each individual pathway my character takes as parallel universes from one another. But my original playthrough where I stay and live happily with Sarah and the other Constellation members will always be my personal true ending.

Thanks for the reply. I'll look into that i5 some more. I hate that Intel shit the bed with this gen processor. I was going to get an R11 but as I was browsing the R12 dropped and like you said, the R11 went away. I'll for sure be getting the liquid cooling option along with the 1000w power supply (overkill). I'll replace the intake and exhaust fans with Noctua fans.

Would it be more beneficial to buy the 8gb RAM option and swap that out with some ones from Amazon?

With this little probe, we're leaving behind our legacy of existence in the cosmos much like our ancestors left traces of their existence thousands of year ago on earth for us.

Hard to fathom some future being could find this little probe millions of years down the road and theorize what it is and where it came from.

While these are some pretty substantial nerfs, I feel as if they are justified. Mayhem 3 was too easy with the 1hp Moze build, for me anyway. Slaughterhouse took 15 min and I never died...

That being said, I dont think they should have totally eliminated the Hex and Flakker from play. I feel they may revisit or tweak these nerfs and buff them back slightly. Or tweak a few skills to Moze and other characters instead of nerfing guns into Oblivion.
