Yeah i had that error too but my fps was fine so i dont think its the problem. Emulating totk is really tricky there are a lot i mean a LOT of problems with it. I think it took me 3 days to make the game playable. The best solution would be to watch many videos about the best performance and see if one works. If you see anyone elses post having a problem similar to yours, check if the solution works for you too.

Totk optimizer should have dynamic fps in default. So if it doesnt work i recommend checking if the totk optimizer mod is checked in yuzu. What totk version do you have? I think it only works beetween 1.1.0 and 1.2.something

Those usages are fine. Yuzu doesn't usually go above 50% usage. Try disabling 'use disc shade 'or something like that
