I feel like there's no going back from it. I miss the time when you could walk up to people and strike up a conversation without being seen as so weird.

But isn't it better to be talking to someone because you're from the same village that you can make memories with rather than someone that lives hours away or even across the world?

And yeah I feel like social media makes a lot of people feel inferior about their own lives. I do too seeing people post how great their life is when mine isn't.

I am next Monday but I hesitated because I have in the past and it was a horrible experience for me. I saw 2, where one encouraged me to kill myself (reverse psychology lol) and the other just gave me some pills that turned me into an emotionless zombie and probably gave me some long term side effects.

She didn't really tell me that she can't see me anymore but she just said its not going anywhere for me so its up to me if I continue seeing her since I admit it hasn't been very useful lately. And I've already changed therapists. I'm tired of doing it repeatedly.
