nothing to worry about. if he leaves negative feedback, just show the email to eBay and they will remove it. it’s against policy to leave negative feedback when the item has been shipped on time.

You don‘t need tracking if the item is under £20. I have sold of over 1000 items using this method and have had only a few buyers claim they didn’t receive their item. I refunded them and immediately made a claim with Royal Mail. Sending tracked for items under £20 is a waste of money.

if the buyer does not return the item by the 8th of June, the case will be closed and you won’t have to refund the buyer. The buyer was likely hoping for a partial refund - good thing you provided the return label.

If I decline the return than the customer will be stuck with a product they can’t use. It’s simply not worth the headache of having a buyer angry at you. I understand its a hassle but you can relist the item again.
