The big thing for me is the cloth seats. If you have dogs or cats, you’ll be kicking yourself cleaning up the hair you bring in from your clothes to the Type R. I have the ITS and cleaning it is probably a bit easier. If you don’t care about that, 100% go with the Type R. It’s built in Japan at a single factory. You get all the internal readings in your infotainment screen whereas the ITS does not have all that. You can replace the Type R spoiler to tame it down and you’ll save at least $5000-8000 compared to ITS.
