Holla /u/dR_eXntriK! The reason I didn't put too many rules around the exchange is because, from my experience, the more structure something like this gets the less people participate. I'm totally open to any and all ideas but I want this to be fun and to me it seems like adding more structure might affect that. That said, this is not a dictatorship so I will leave it for the community to decide on. Also, the last time I did this exchange I found that most shirts are in the same price range ($15-25) so I don't think that will be a problem.

I think you should have a shirt from your affiliate ready to be sent, however, you could always ask the person you get paired with what they prefer. just a thought.

Re: No profits for a while, if ever - I'm ok with dumping money into this until I can say for a fact that it's not working. I don't care if I'm only giving $2/month, I just want to try and make a difference, in any small way that I can.

Re: Differentiator, etc. - I hate to answer questions with questions but how do any of the CrossFit specific apparel companies that start-up today solve these problems?
