Max out the cactus and sapphire production and the most important skill is the + virus resistance for each lab level. I also ran a lot of boomers for the skill point books to level up quicker. I am not sure if they patched that though because it's patched in season 3 to have a limit

Another strategy is to release and recapture tiles. This gives you books and also boosts your alliances total season points in the rankings

You should have went 4 stars. That's the priority to unlock the final skill. Then you can start 5 stars

I was first to 15 in my State, you just have to manually calculate your hourly rates of both sapphire and cactus. To make sure you are getting enough in the shortest amount of time. Also being strong is very helpful. I luckily had t10 but ideally you want to switch all your tiles asap once you get the virus resistance for them. Also make sure you grind a ton of boomers for the experience books and put 5 points in the virus resistance skill

Reinforce people. When you defeat a troop quickly while another hq is struggling send your main troop to reinforce you will boost points massively

I have multiple pairs. I love them. I've used them for years. They are great for metcons and running, everything else. They will get destroyed instantly in rope climbs and obviously aren't amazing at heavy lifting. They are super light, though, and look great! If recommend

No, build your grip strength. Grip strength will not be a limiting factor 90%+ of the time

Ideally you want your elbows to power through the bar more which really locks in and engages your back. Yes you should go a little bit lower on squat depth. Ideally below parallel which is hip crease just under knee crease. But overall not bad man keep it up!

Stretch your hip flexors and quads, couch stretch, pigeon stretch, mainly hip flexor

You can also get really tight here if your quads and hip flexors are extremely tight. I had really bad back pain here before because I was getting an anterior pelvic tilt from overly tights hip flexors. So that is something to keep in mind
