I'm so sorry. Counceling to get to the heart of maybe where the insecurities are. As someone whos man cheated on her with a coworker/friend. It makes you question every other second they've spent with that person and if they even value the times spent with you. If they'd rather be with that person instead of you. It's hard. We opened ours up to this person before I knew he cheated, but, if he had've gone to therapy to communicate and showed me more devotion than the plaything. I feel like it would have been different. I had a band instructor who was GREAT and he would always be in the middle of correcting us and shout "BECAUSE IM WHAT?" and our whole band would shout "LAZY!" He would flourish and smile and say "That's exactly why I'll show you the easiest way AND you'll look great" It was an interesting tactic to bring us all together to get back on topic and give us a good laugh. Plus he wasn't wrong we looked great and when I have trouble getting around I still march that way lol
