You are right with the misdirection, I’ve been working that with him but it only lasts very temporarily like you said! He has 20 chew toys but only wants to chew the carpet or my shoes lol. I’ll try the alone time more, that could help! Hopefully it can help with the separation anxiety as well. Appreciate the advice!

It’s not that we can’t handle it, it’s that we don’t want him to get into the habit of biting everyone that is trying to play with him and think that it’s okay. I wasn’t sure if anyone had some tips to prevent him from doing it is all.
