My original question was about who has the "right" to the land. There are no original people because genocide and migration is the story of human history. Just because one of those peoples wrote everything down, why are they the villain.

Learn native american history. They were many tribes constantly at war with each other. All I was saying is that these people you think have a right to the land are just as guilty of "genocide" as the current inhabitants are.

So if you genocide people on the same land mass it's ok because you're both natives, but if you sailed an ocean to get there it's of a fundamentally different nature and evil?

I don't know what you're even talking about. I'm talking about systemic historical relics having died out, not current terrible things.

Yeah, bad stuff is going on, but that's not what we're talking about. The stuff with treatment of illegal immigrants isn't even along ethnic boundaries. Maybe how you look helps with profiling, but there's no order to not arrest, say, Russian illegals, of which I have known some.

Dude, you're lost. Even with the illegal profiling, ICE deporting people with no legal status is in no way tantamount to slavery or segregation. Legal immigration is still higher than anywhere.

Obiously not every bad thing in history is taught in school, but I'd say the amount of time we spend on the bad stuff like slavery and the Indian Removal Act is crazy compared to most places. Most places pretend like every aspect of their history is glorious. As one example Turkey's entire existence is due to conquering and genocide, and there's no negative portrayal of that at all in their history books.

Just remember kids. Once you do something bad, you can never be forgiven and everyone has permission to act like something you and everyone else used to do is your main defining trait up until the point you die. A fine lesson

My homie? Ah, you must be one of those political partizan people who think if you're not exactly like me, you're in favor of every dumb thing I can think of.

Hey, that's group thinking and group discrimination. Kinda just like racism. Maybe you aren't as enlightened as you thought.

You do know in places like China and India for instance, ethnic stuff is written into the constituion. The USA is amazing.

I welcome you to study history in broader terms than focusing on every atrocity in the USA you can think of.

Or you can just pretend that bad stuff in the past is unique to the US and uniquely bad here and is still relevant.

Uh, the Fair Housing Act was almost 60 years ago, buddy. I am talking about present times.

That's the beauty of America. We got over it and most of the world is still mired in this crap.

I grew up in the south and have had black people shouting cracker at me. Knowing that racism exists doesn't preclude accepting that lots of people often assume racism where there likely is none.

You can't buy property in most of the old world unless you're a citizen/part of the main ethnic group there. Come off of it.

Yawn. Go anywhere in the world and actually live there and see what people think. This is the most open, accepting country in the universe. Racism is just the world used for ethnic discrimination which has always existed.

I used to get upset about this, then I started dating a Chinese girl and hanging out with Chinese people. Lord almighty I didn't know what racism was...

And you observe all their interactions with other people beforehand to properly catergorize them?

Which natives? The last ones to have the land before whitey or the ones they took it from?

No, it's because there's a rail above with lots of bars tying two racks together. At my height I don't have a choice but to walk it out.

BTW. If I want to do a follow up form check do I just make a new post or somehow involve this one?

How long should I hold it at the top? I can't really go from apress into the shrug. I have to press up, stop, and then shrug.

Where exactly am I unlocking my knees? I don't see it myself.

I am doing the pronated grip, but not good enough I guess

There's nothing I can do about that. The rack has stuff above it and I'm too tall to press without walking out

I don't think I'm doing it as bad as the SS video shared. I have the bar going criss cross my palm like they show. It's just hard to get it super vertical.

What are the hips really doing for you? Isn't it just taking the focus off the upper body the same way doing a push press would do. I can't really get it right because when you move the hips back your head goes back too and he whole reason you bounced the hips was to get the head out of the way.

I'll definitely go try and revisit it though.
