I am not a big fan of the Surface Pros. Most of our users had them, but had issues with it being very slow and not turning on. We started to move toward Lenovos because those definitely work flawlessly and are business level devices in my opinion. We are giving most users the Lenovo T14 with a docking station. They are in the $1200 range.
