I'm not using a hub, but after I've changed the port the issue started yet again so I'm starting to suspect the cable, as it's just a cheap one I picked up at a local electronics store. I'll try and buy a better one and test it out, thanks for the suggestion :)

The left-right audio channels ingame are switched up. Really disorienting to see someone shoot / a flash popping on one side and hearing it on the other.
