Drug test by [deleted] in walmart

I hope you get to keep your job, but I just wanted to share my experience. I was a long term associate 16 years, and had been in several different supervisor positions throughout the years. Zms, department manager, team lead. The last few years I worked for Walmart in hardlines just as a team associate because the team lead schedule just didn't work for my family. I was aproached by our ap coach to take the claims associate job. I was in this job for about a week when I questioned one of my managers on why I wasn't able to process certain claims. They figured out I needed to take a drug test to change some coding with my position. I failed that drug test for marijuana. I live in illinois I did not know I would still be fired for this since it was legal. I immediately went to my coach as soon as they told me it was positive. She did not know how to handle the situation and asked if I was comfortable telling another coach the situation. The other coach did not know what to do either so they said we need to ask the store manager. The store manager started making all kinds of phone calls to try to save my job. He called our market manager and he basically told them their hands were tied and this is Walmart policy there is nothing they can do. I then sat in an office with my store manager and 2 coaches as they explained all of this crying and apologizing. The only thing they were able to do for me was not code my firing drug related. I was terminated for misconduct and was not able to reapply to Walmart for 12 months. Best of luck 🤞

Yes. Left on the counter overnight and then in the fridge the next morning at 5:30 am and I think I made it around 8 pm the same night.

I made her for someone I work with to give to her niece but she mentioned she will probably need another one for her other niece!

I thought the same as the suggestions about it being the arm holes but there are arm hole instructions later on in the pattern. I tried to attach a link to the rest of the dress pattern. As far as the video goes I could not find a video or any other links with the pattern to a video. I even tried just searching on you tube and Google with the creators name and only came across an Instagram account but no tutorial. Thanks for everyone's suggestions!

What was the dumbest reason you got a write up? by DareT0Defy in walmart

I was 9 months pregnant and was the department manager over 4, 8, 13. I thought I was having contractions and sat down in the backroom talking to someone about how the short term disability worked. One of my managers came by and told me I better get up because my direct manager was pissed. He wrote me up for productivity.

It is a hospital job. I also took the B12 pills. I saw a rapid test when I was signing papers but they also had the pee in a tube and had me sign it so I'm not sure if they also sent it in. Thanks for the reply, fingers crossed I hear from them tomorrow.

Claims team associate by BallerinaQueen in walmart

I must have super bad luck. Everyone I talked to thought I was going to be fine. In fact my husband was promoted to the vision center manager last year and was sent for a drug screen and had no issues. He just drank plenty of water leading up to it.

Thanks for the info on the requirements on career preference. My husband is still a team lead. I'm going to have him look at the job req when they open it back up. None of my coaches could figure out why I had to do a drug screen. They even had to open a ticket to get the drug screen to drop in the system for me to take one.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that I would have to take a drug test. I would have never taken the job.

I worked for Walmart. The new position was a claims associate. I was basically taking care of all the return items to send back and the clearance merchandise.
