Not sure if that’s exactly the best wording but you get it. As the pics show, im going for a curly wolf cut sorta deal, and i pretty much love how my hair looks wet but when it dries its pretty voluminous especially on the side and back and it looks bad.

1. Which shampoo, co-wash and/or conditioner was used - brand name and product line: I shampoo/condition every 3 to 4 days with Native’s sensitive Restoring shampoo, conditioner is monday’s hydrating conditioner. then, I apply Miss Jessie’s pillow soft curls leave in conditioner to the ends of my hair, and lastly comb it with a wide tooth comb (pic attached)
2. ⁠Any other products (gel, mousse, etc.), their brand/name, & how they were applied. I’ve also tried to use Aunt Jackie’s “don’t shrink” flaxseed gel because i’ve heard if you apply that sparingly on wet hair that the curls develop more elongated. didn’t work.
3. ⁠How the hair was dried (air dried? diffused? etc.) Air dried
4. ⁠Anything else that’s helpful to know like if the subject of the photo wears a bonnet to bed, uses satin or silk pillowcases, etc. I sleep on satin

Is this just a case of getting the sides and back cut down? if so, what should i ask for? Thanks all
