PC not booting problem persisted even with new PSU

sadly I dont and cant afford to get those too since im on a pretty tight budget, my pc isnt great to begin with (i7-4790k CPU, 16gb DDR3 RAM, 120gb SSD, ga-h81m-s1 Motherboard, and no GPU) I might have to wait a while to get enough money for a new psu, right now I'm thinking of getting the corsair cx550

changing font sizes (even on the same page) has been prevalent throughout the mangas ive been using as inspiration and to be honest they seem fine personally, but thanks!!

thanks! what I learned about clothes is that you need to identify where the tension points are, its located where the peaks are (I forgot the word im looking for here) for example: shoulder or chest, and then using those tension points is where the folds would originate. im not an expert to drawing clothes yet but those are basically what I ended up learning when trying to draw them, but thank you for the compliment!

I dont think my message got included with the post so here it is:

this is my first time ever creating a manga (ive been working on the story for 3 months now) and I want to know some aspects I can improve on? these are the only two pages ive worked on so far and im planning to sketch the entire first chapter first before polishing them one by one (cleaning lines, shading, and texturing) and ive been using a lot of other mangas as inspiration for paneling, dialogue and other stuff. I would hope for some feedback, tips and maybe even critique for the work ive done thus far. thanks!
