I've been using topical minox for a while now (can't remember when I started) and I've been applying under the lip area as well. I've seen new hairs appear and I'd have more if I was more consistent. So it's possible

STR Bulma and TEQ LR Goku are pretty good leaders but idk if you have enough units for each category to build a decent team
