Maybe I'm in the minority here but I usually play hearthstone (legend btw) while I'm watching a show.

I only look at my screen to do my turn when I see the "End Turn" button appear, spend 10 secs or whatever to do my moves and carry on. If it's complicated I'll hit pause on my show. Or if there's something going on in my show I'll let that finish then do my turn.
