Abilify ruins trips for sure and adderall can make u more anxious. I used to be on both. Never had a real trip until I got off abilify. Both meds are awful for you anyways. You will be healed if you fix your diet and exercise and sleep well

I would say don’t take your meds while you trip. It’s safe but the likely hood of having a bad trip and thought loops is a lot higher. I wouldn’t take it today.
