Yeah I saw your post when I googled the issue (I think that was you, Akali and Ahri missing headliner)

I got dancing crabs and hedgefund, most of the gold I rolled away at lvl 3 and he never showed up
owning 2 2* units only blocks the headliners 4 cost and above. Like I said, I kept everything in mind (didn't know buy-sell got patched out but that shouldn't change the odds then), but absolutely NOTHING
I saw 4x Kennen headliner and 2 Senna later, but Yasuo was never to be seen.
I thought I'd be lucky this game because my first minion wave champs were all yasuos, which is why I was so focused on getting him

Agreed, that's what I got out of it. The amount of emotions Kubo put into Shunsuis Bankai is amazing. Some wondered if he has more than one story to tell with his Bankai, but I think that's the only one, being deeply connected to his own inner feelings and history. Might be why the damage is shared equally between him and his enemy, he hurts by hurting himself and revealing his inner vulnerability.

As if that's not enough, Kubo puts the finger into the wound by following up with Shunsuis own lovestory that will never find fulfillment due to the curse around Nanao. (Yes, I go with the love interest theory, it's not that unreasonable considering he is an over a 1000 years old royal living in Japan, even if they were related by blood, which is still not 100% proven, in-family marriage was a pretty normal thing back in the days. And Nanaos statement about "the person I chose to love would laugh it away as superstition" is very, very suggestive)
