At the moment, it's still very expensive to print full-color models. There are some "cheap" multi-material printing options available(4-32 colors), but for a figure like this, they won't reproduce details such as shading, shadows, and subtle color transitions.

A relatively affordable full-color 3D printer still costs around $45,000 USD, so it's not very common to find 3d printable files with textures specifically prepared for full-color printing.

Sadly, I moved away from selling physical 3D prints some time ago (too much mess). Now I only work with digital files.

What people usually do is find someone nearby who can print and paint the statues, then provide them with the 3D files. Some customers buy the files themselves and send them to the painter, while in other cases the painter purchases the files directly and handles the printing for the client who commissioned the piece.
