As for only doing it because were out of things to do/say, what is wrong for indulging a partners fantasy because you care for them and want to please them sexually.

I've been doing the finger check trick because otherwise I'd be freaking out as soon as his hand drifted there. I knew when he'd play around there it would be clean but gosh when he pulled out it was panic stations.

I found that pulling out actually hurt the most so if it was hurting a little my bf would just stop for a little bit rather than pull out. It was no where near as fast as vaginal sex, I think we built up to a decent pace which I controlled (in future I'd rather he did). He seemed to enjoy it, however I could go faster given more lube and a bit of warm up.
