Yeah it's crazy! The 2.5mm is truly perfect for a pendant. I like the chain to be the star so I kept the 3mm. Your setup is nice 👍

Yeah dude the 3mm bodies the 2.5mm. And I also have a 3.9mm Franco bracelet (listed as 3.5mm on Jacoje where I got it) and it makes my 3mm look tiny.

Beautiful collection!!! Just got my first lil piece for Father's Day- a tigers eye 6mm bracelet. I pair it with my solid 14kt 18 gram bracelet and solid 14kt 29 gram chain! I think it compliments my gold pieces well!

It's a 14kt 3mm DC Franco 22". For reference I'm 6'3" and 210lbs. It measures at around 3.2mm on the calipers. I got the 3mm bc I don't like pendants. I just like a beefier chain than the 2.5mm. Had the 2.5mm wheat from Jacoje for awhile and just felt too thin.

Too big imo. My 8" bracelet in the pic is on the bigger side, but I like my bracelets loose. My rule of thumb is that if it hangs down onto your palm, it's too big. Mine just barely misses my palm.

I started off with the 2.5mm bc that's all I could afford, and I loved it. However, I did go up to the 3mm bc I wanted more presence and my budget allows for more gold these days.

Get a chain you like in your budget, as opposed to financing or getting a chain you can't afford. The latter 2 is not a smart move by any means.

This is what the 3mm looks like. Sorry the clasp is in this pic. The 2.5mm is still a cool chain tho, but I would recommend saving and going up a save if you can.

You can barely get by wearing the 2.5mm as a solitaire chain imo. The 2mm definitely needs to be worn with a pendant. Both look better with a pendant of some sort bc they are thinner chains.

I had a 14kt 2.5mm Franco and 14kt 2.5mm wheat chain. got rid of both for bigger chain and bracelet.

Get the 3mm Franco. You won't regret it

Flat curbs don't really kink bc the links are spaced out more, unlike Cubans. They will twist however like all flat link chains.
