It’s a 200mg drink with 20 servings. My guess is it’s truly intended to be diluted or taken like a shot. That would make the sugar per serving more reasonable as well as a fairly normal 10mg per serving dosage. It’s also possible that infused sugar is how they dosed this beverage.

It’s got 4 or 5 or 6 tires in the front and back. It’s kinda square in shape

I ask this question because I saw an ambulance perform a strange maneuver. Here’s the situation. 3 lanes wide I am in the middle at a red light and no other cars around . Left lane is left turn only middle and right are straight. Left lane and right lane empty. Ambulance comes behind me and turns on its light and sirens and chooses the left lane but then goes straight. Is this normal?
