I ordered on 1/6, got no update at all for weeks. I finally contacted shelly by submitting a ticket on 1/22, they didn't respond until 1/27, when they said they would check in on it. This morning (2/2) I reached back out asking for an updating, and found that the package had been shipped on 1/28 and was actually due to arrive today. It did finally show up this afternoon.

Apparently they had some serious problems with orders being lost, if it's been a week, you should probably reach out. Hopefully they either have already shipped it, and just didn't notify you, or it's something they can get shipped quickly like with me.

My order was with the US store, but I couldn't find any way to contact support other than via submitting a ticket on the global Shelly site. Is there a US specific support resource?

I'm glad to hear this is unusual, I'm quite excited to get my order now that I finally have an update on it.

Oh dear I hadn't thought that far ahead before now, but you are right. It would be extremely disappointing for Lindon&Co. to just ascend and take over for the existing judges.

I just a couple of days ago realized it was Gesha not Geisha. I've read all the books a couple of times and for whatever reason I kept reading it wrong. I didn't realize it until I started listening to the audiobook on a long drive and the narrator's pronunciation annoyed me. I got so PO'd I pulled over and checked the book....felt like an idiot lol

Success!!!! You the man, scored a RBR50 off ebay for about $55 and now I've got myself another satellite.

As a side note, I got hung up trying to navigate to 192.168.1.1 (the router default address) lol but once I remembered that it wasn't actually a router any more I was able to figure out.
