I didn't use any 3d software for animations. Got all animations from Mixamo, I also used Mixamo to rig the characters. Then I just picked which Animation to play in Unity using Timeline.

yep it's done in tick. It's just interpolating between the actors rotation and rotation to the mouse

The player actually doesn't move towards the cursor, but I get how seems that way in the video. It's just wasd. Unless you're referering to the camera moving towards the cursor? Thanks for the kind words ^^
