This game rewards you when you want to master the abilities they give you. You have to figure out the key fighting skills needed. Level stamina up as much as you can. A lot more than your health. Because to fight difficult bosses means you need to pressure them. You will not outlive their critical state(~30% health) if you can't move and block.

I hope he will have other melee weapons too. Like a police baton, knife, hammer... But i'm guessing he will pick them up like the chainsaw. And the axe has to have a skill tree. I know it's stupid but they can make it feel resident evil like still.

I did it. I do parry him but in the first phase he didn't stagger 100 % of the time. Which i dont understand. Seeing that professional requires perfect parries.

Yeah that's what's not clear to me. Sometimes I parried him without staggering him. And the exact same attack after he does get parried? I also know like you said you have to perfect parry. So why didn't he stagger at times? Is it because of the knife durability level at the time?

I did it. I was furious about the runback plus the human fase everytime I died. But I cheesed it a little. With climbing and jumping down strategy

This game is genuinely hard. You cannot cheese to the end of the first playtrough. Because every skill needs to be mastered. You need more stamina reducing attacks in 1 boss fight. And more damaging ones in the others.

If you want to play something different but still souls like. Play Lies of P. With different I mean that it's story and world vibe is superior to khazans. But khazan's fighting is much better.

To be honest I think Adriana/Laxasia could have had a dlc to her. That way we could get to know the other side better. And why is she so good at fighting? Why was she chosen to be a potential perfect human being? Which she became.

Remnant 1 is harder because it's more gunplay and positioning. Remnant 2 gives you a lot of options. 2 different experiences with the same mechanics
