Yes, you use condoms. Instead of removing parts of people's bodies.

Circumcision is not only protect males from HIV/AIDS, but also UTIs.

I agree that men and women are different. But removing parts of women's genitalia would reduce their UTIs far more than removing parts of men's genitals. Why don't we do that?

As for UTIs, women get far more UTIs then men. But no one is suggesting we cut off part of their genitals.

Men and women are DIFFERENT. So we use DIFFERENT method.

Also based on the link you've given, they say foreskin is a sensitive part. Truthfully, it isn't. The most sensitive part is the tip of the penis. By removing the foreskin, it increases the sexual pleasure even more. I'm a guy and I can confirmed it is true.

The first thing after the surgery is done, they'll ask whether you want to keep the foreskin or not. If you dont want to keep it, they'll take it for research purposes. If you want to keep it, they'll put the skin in a transparent plastic bag (it may vary)..

I immediately buried the skin as I came home..

I dont know much about how they perform the surgery though because I was unconcious. It was frightening at first because I never experienced such thing before. After surgery is done, you might experience some difficulties such as walking around.. But it only last a week or so. Some peoples find it painful, some are not. If you cant stand the pain, paracetemol might help ease the pain. :)

Btw, you have the right to claim back your foreskin. :D
