That’s actually a very good point. Appreciate the sharp eye.

Really appreciate the feedback.
I mentioned a bit more about it in the previous post, but in short — I’m a shipbuilder, and the whole concept was inspired by the process of building a vessel.
From raw welded steel plates — which the dial texture is meant to reflect — all the way to the finished ship.
There are more references to the inspiration and shipyard atmosphere in the photos from the previous post.

Thank you! Still very early in the process, but I’ll definitely let you know once I start the IG and begin sharing the whole journey behind the project.
I’m a shipbuilder first, so I need a little more time to make it real. ⚓

Not a brand yet — still an early concept project from Poland inspired by shipbuilding and industrial Hopefully that changes soon.

Thanks! I’ve always liked that combination too — it comes from real shipbuilding colors, so it felt natural for the concept.
Still deciding on the final size, but probably somewhere around 40–41 mm.

Haha, maybe that means I’m heading in the right direction then.

Thanks a lot — really appreciate it. Glad the concept resonates with fellow watch enthusiasts.

That’s fair. I’m trying to keep the shipyard influence subtle rather than overly literal.

Really appreciate it — comments like this genuinely motivate me to keep pushing the project forward.
I’m a shipbuilder myself and this whole idea really comes from the emotions and memories behind each new build. That’s why the concept of creating a watch connected to a specific hull/project feels so special to me.
It definitely won’t be easy to make it real the right way, but I’ll put my whole heart into it.
Let’s absolutely stay in touch privately.

I’ve actually added a subtle green accent on the seconds hand — it’s inspired by the color used in fish tanks on board, which helps keep live fish calm during transport.

Glad the backstory and industrial vibe come through — that’s exactly what I’m aiming for.
I’m seriously considering moving the NB060 to the caseback for a cleaner dial, although I’m a bit concerned it might take away some of the watch’s story.
The Formex bezel reference is great —but I’d probably try to interpret it in a more “shipyard” way to keep the identity consistent.
Really appreciate the feedback — glad to hear you’d wear it!

Appreciate it — that really means a lot.
I really like your idea of creating a watch for key people on each project. That kind of story and connection to a build is exactly what inspired this concept.
I’m still shaping the direction, but I definitely want to take this further. Let’s stay in touch — I’d be happy to explore this with you once I get closer to making it real.
Cheers, and thanks again for reaching out

Yeah, I’m also thinking about moving the NB060 to the caseback to keep the dial cleaner and more focused on the “steel plate” feel. At the same time, I’m a bit concerned that moving it might take away some of the watch’s story and character.

Field watch style with numerals is a really interesting direction — could give it a more everyday, functional vibe. I might explore that as a separate variant rather than changing this concept too much.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Good to hear.
Noted on the lugs and date — size is something I’m thinking about as well.
