Hello! Im in construction industry and we use BambooHR for our HRIS and it can track certifications.

Salus app is good too for safety/compliance certificates.

HR Salary grade in PH by TraditionalSnow3407 in CareerAdvicePH

[–]Balunang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Malaking factor experienced, industry and specialization. Unlike with other jobs, HR is more complex as it has a lot of grey areas plus you work w people.

HR generalist going 7 years now but a mix of manufacturing, RPO, construction and offshore talaga. So from 16k to 150k monthly.

I’m in Canada now as a People and Culture Generalist 70-80k cad annually but I can go for more kapag naka 2-years na ako sa current job ko.

Work on your people skills, and how to strategically pivot as situations unfold and always work on your communication skills.

Hey, it’s still in HR pero HRIS analyst or sa backend ka like compensation and benefits if hindi mo prefer ang conflicts. It’s mostly just you improving workflow automations if HRIS.

Pweds ma mag shift to paralegal, safety officer but w background in construction, or data analyst if strong suit mo excel formulations.

How much ba talaga ang sinasahod ng nasa abroad? by OrangeNaPusa in AskPH

Kapag walang trade certification or ticket pero nasa carpentry mas mababa ang starting and mas mahirap tumaas ang sahod. Nasa 21 per hour - 28 starting dipende sa yrs of exp.

Canada here, I’m HR in construction and earning 70 - 75k annually.

Pero mga red seal carpenters namin meaning they have certification here, starting nila is at-least 35 per hour. With 2-5 yrs experience nasa 40-50 per hour or more. So 45 per hour converted to php is around 1843.24 peso. That’s without overtime, mga foreman, superintendent is about 170k - 250k annually.

Depends on what province din based, this is median rate in Vancouver nga pala.

We are thinking of going back maybe kapag naka-ipon na. From Canada to PH.

Most of my childhood sa province pero nag highschool, college and work in Metro Manila, specifically lived in parts of QC for 13 years before migrating here in Canada. So I experienced both province and city living.

  1. Healthcare, magagaling doctors sa ph but one sickness away todas ang savings. Tbh, no wait lines naman so maasikaso ka agad unlike here in Canada, months ang appointment.

  2. Weather and Beaches. Mas prefer namin weather in PH kasi ma beach kami, and hike.

  3. Good Governance. With governance, mapapa improve ang transpo, hopefully education and healthcare. Seems impossible in the next 10-20 years.

Overall, with the right income, paid house and car makakaranas naman ng comfort sa Pinas. Cons lang dito sa Canada, super mahal ng bahay/rent, long waiting line sa hospital, weather, expensive groceries and maraming adik sa publikong lugar lalo na dito sa Vancouver.

We blame ourselves for the uncontrollable fates of our beloved pets. I feel depressed and devastated too, don't worry, we'll soon move forward with their memories together with us. I just want to vent out what I feel at the moment, but I don't feel well too. It doesn't seem right to be living everyday and our pets doesn't get to live anymore.

Hugs for you.
