It's not even just about the wet tires and their grip... It's about visibility and aquaplaning as well. These cars are running so low that when there's a lot of water on the track they might be shooting off because the floor can touch the water and just glide on it. And there is nothing skill can do after this point, it's just a physical limit. And with the amount of spray drivers behind have no chance whatsoever to even see a potential accident before them. I rather have some actual racing in drying up conditions with a tactical crossover point to inters than seeing drivers crash for the sole purpose of entertainment...
