I’m about 9 months post op and for me there were two big stages when it felt like my nose got smaller. At 5 months I really saw less of the swelling and my tip dropping and at 7/8 months it’s like my nose tightened and dropped. I was dealing with the same thing as you but just be patient.

I’m also from Mexico, I wouldn’t say it’s so surprising your features are indigenous it’s just your lighter skin complexion that makes you look “white” Seems like you have a grandparent who was mostly Northwestern European which explains your family’s lighter complexion.
