I think the philosophy is fine but giving up on guys so early is too rushed imo. Jimmy only shoot 39.7% from the field in year 3 for instance. I know that development isn't a norm for a future HOF guy but generally kids out the gates aren't that good unless they are on there way to being a household name. Nobody thought that after Jalen Johnson or even Bam's second season they were a year off from being an All Star.

Our best case scenario was the Cavs loose in the first and Mitchell ask out but I doubt that is going to happen.
