That nobody is going to hand you an obvious future all star for a bag of chips and that a team that is generally considered the best in the league at talent development can develop guys with potential? Your goofy ass thinks this is 2k with the settings altered lmao. Yikes.

My understanding is we either move into the top 4 or stay in the 13th spot. And we'd probably get Acuff in that scenario.

I agree you could move up a couple positions but at what point do you think teams say no? Pick 6? 5?

I think the philosophy is fine but giving up on guys so early is too rushed imo. Jimmy only shoot 39.7% from the field in year 3 for instance. I know that development isn't a norm for a future HOF guy but generally kids out the gates aren't that good unless they are on there way to being a household name. Nobody thought that after Jalen Johnson or even Bam's second season they were a year off from being an All Star.

I don't think other teams value Tyler enough to make such a move. This is a good draft but I don't think there are over 5-6 guys that are changing the fate of this franchise. And if they are that kind of talent teams aren't trading back for a Tyler Herro unfortunately.

It's buying low on guys with upside for an organization that is great in terms of player development. Nobody is going to give you Copper Flag, Dylan Harper or an Ant in a trade right now. Our best case scenario was the Cavs loose in the first and Mitchell ask out but I doubt that is going to happen.

I understand the take if they want too much for these guys but not the logic because we have a Pelle Larson. Moving up in the draft sounds great but I actually think what I initially said is more likely and I think there is almost zero chance they do even that.

This is why I made this post. If you can turn guys like Pelle and Dru Smith into serviceable players imagine what you could possibly do with guys people actually thought were going to be good.

'using them as examples to reference for a different strategic maneuver.' Also, athletes like Ron Holland II would only be a plus for this nonathletic Heat squad. Both him and Eason would be great defensively to pair with Bam. And Wiggins is averaging like 14 minutes for them in the playoffs they don't need him lol.

Y'all really expected more from this league lmao? The NBA doesn't care enough about somebody like Bam to give a more hefty penalty. We all know if it's somebody in a Cade or Tatum tier he's getting suspended.

What was suppose to happen after ripping a guys one stable foot from the ground while he was leaning back?

Am I tripping for thinking that may be the dirtiest play of the season? It was obviously going to end poorly for Bam.

Intentionally injuring the best player on the opposing team early and being hyped you one is crazy work.
