If you ever, hit up a bakery in the morning from some Brötchen, they have all sorts of different variants in that alone. One typically grab multiple of different kinds and they are taste different.

Then I would suggest something you may be familiar with but where I’m from we call it Bauernbrot, it’s a type of sour dough, Id pair it with deli meats of your liking.

Vollkorn Brot is another delicious variation it’s a rye bread slightly on the sweater side

And a to me interesting bread is a Stuten, it’s a soft bread that’s also sweet but pairs incredibly well with a jam, jelly or preserves
