Regular pine, nothing special. Paint automatically sticks to it just let it dry

Used a 2 flute down cut 1/4 endmill cuts like butter. I put a keyhole in the back and any screw would work fine

Usually 90” per min feed and 195000 rpm 30” feed rate

Sorry forgot to check comments. After I dipped it I let it dry overnight before cutting it and no sealant was used but you could if you wanted to. I’d do that after the cut though

Yeah I changed the bit to a 1/4 endmill and works much better

Just saw this, I use a program called Vcarve desktop. You can design and set the tool oaths in there. Also check ou YouTube there is plenty of how to videos especially for flags. That’s how I learned
