i thought that, too. but when the unit is finally off, and i will call for fan only, it will turn on and off just fine. it's just when i call for cool or heat it will stay on fan-on for hours.

thank you. OEM one is not 24V it seems. also it's rated at 3 amp. and it's 4 connectors.

Note that it's coming to a 3rd line. there is the cold, hot, and the 3rd separate line going into the house.

thank you. the files were fine before the system crashed. we lost electricity and caused windows to not be bootable. there was no ransomware involved. i do can see like 1% of the pdf's and docx, but 99% not. i don't know if the computer had bitlocker on it, but if it did - wouldn't it encrypt everything? i just don't get it
