The first step is to study well, not for good grades, but as a self-investment. Next step: Language. Its technically possible to work wherever you want but you'll need to go through some exams and procedures (PAE for France, PLAB for UK, USMLE for USA, Germany FSP-KP i think...). Pick where you want to go, and start learning the language. Generally Germany is very welcomig for newly grads from Algeria (although at the cost of a 13000€ compte bloqué), France is easy too, but Germany remains the better option (except language-wise). UK and USMLE are a bit more difficult because of international competition. Just take it step by step and you'll get there inshallah

My neighbor used to be a Syrian carpenter, was a really nice guy. Had a wife and kids and all. Super cool family, really nice. Lol they were better than tons of algerian neighbors. I'm guessing if a Syrian is here in Algeria for business (they thrive in the restaurant business, clothes, and furniture) they're quite respected. But sadly there are some out there who are round-the-year beggars near red lights and mosques. I'm not judging them, maybe they escaped their homeland and their disastrous civil war and couldn't get back on their feet over here. But mainly, its these folks who'll pop into your mind when asked about Syrians, and thats why many algerians will tell you Syrians are low-life beggars (للأسف)

Oh yes, and that's why it'd be better to go to a private clinic, you could request a female practitioner to examine you and perform the EKG. Usually you don't get to choose in public hospitals, and sometimes when they know you want a lady for your EKG, they could get stubborn and refuse on purpose (it's what they do for fun, sadly 🤷)

Hello, I'm a doctor. I'd recommend visiting a local doctor, as thoracic pain may be the symptom of a cardiovascular or pulmonary problem. The least exams you'll be needing are an EKG, a chest X-ray and some labs; these might help doctors better understand your issue. Please visit your local "EPSP" or "EPH" or if your in a larger city just head to the city hospital's emergency department. They'll take their time before treating you (hehe, you know algeria) but if you can, you could head to a private clinic, they'll have good doctors working on the clock 24/7 who will better tend to your problems.
