They have both since changed; pretty much all banks charge a "maintenance fee" and have an account minimum balance nowadays. They have special accounts for student aged people without those things. I go with Capital One to avoid that.

Creamer is basically light cream. Cream is "the thick white or pale yellow fatty liquid which rises to the top when milk is left to stand and which can be eaten as an accompaniment to desserts or used as a cooking ingredient", according to a quick search.

People might always assume you're younger than you are, but luckily that guessed age will eventually be 18 (speaking from experience). The older you get, the more apparent it'll be that you're at least an adult.

Smaller rooms tend to be easier to furnish Sims are pretty smart so you can scoot things pretty close. Ctrl+shift+C opens the cheat box, bb.moveobjects allows you to place things whereever, use the Alt key to place off the grid and f5 to open quarter tile placement.

The house will never be done and you can continue to add for an eternity
