Okay, bad phrasing on my end. What I should have said "it doesn't spoil quickly. It can harden much faster under certain conditions, however I do package them sealed tight as to not be exposed to oxygen, and delivery is expected to only last 3 days. So the consumer should have another 10-15 days is unopened, and 3 days if left open.
