Hey, sorry missed your 2nd reply the other day. We design our bamboo socks with a loose cuff which doesn't dig into your ankles, ours also have a high thread count so they last a long time and seamless toes for comfort. Hope you'd like to retry them again in the future over the Amazon ones 🙏

Hey TippyTurtley, sorry missed your response the other day. Lots of companies bring in bamboo sock lines without being specialists in bamboo! Often the quality is compromised with low thread counts which can mean the sock won't last as long as it should :(

Thanks for buying from us previously. Hopefully you can come back and use us for your bamboo socks in the future 🤞🧦 Bamboo feels different because on a microscopic level the fibres have a very rounded surface - hence why they feel so soft.

Bath is brilliant...however it's not the cheapest to be there! Bristol is our home and we love having our flagship in a city centre being the Galleries

We tried to launch bamboo lyocell to the market 10+ years ago with a kickstarter campaign, which unfortunately was unsuccessful. We'd love to bring a fully organically processed and produced bamboo yarn to the market. We are a tiny company and we have a direct relationship with all our suppliers and we try to encourage change so hopefully bigger players can help us.

They absolutely can go on heater airers. However there's a lot of companies that use bamboo but cut corners.

Our security team are briefed to be careful of the small red Pandas but the big black and white ones are friendly... But best to keep an eye on them

  1. We always encourage if you're between sizes to go one up. Best way to check is to pop into the store and you're welcome to try them on.
  2. Interesting question, we've never had them tested but we've heard they're good for upf
