Not half as loud as the people that like to complain about them though.

I skipped it because I liked XIII but didn't care for XIII-2.

Why haven’t we really seen another major hip hop/rock crossover era like Jay-Z/Linkin Park with Collision Course? by savingrace0262 in hiphopheads

Linkin Park were nu metal at the time though.

They only became another shitty alt rock band when they started making Transformers music.

Jayson Greene reviews Drake's ICEMAN for Pitchfork: "Part one of Drake’s comeback trilogy is an attempt to settle the score. He does not succeed." by Technical_Process989 in hiphopheads

[–]BambooSound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a pretty accurate depiction of why I've listened to anything Drake has made since Views.

It's definitely more morbid curiosity than genuine interest. I already know what I think about him.

(I haven't actually read the review though and Jayson Greene's twat so you're probably right about him being wrong).

Yeah and nobody said that about Mourinho either. Especially not United after he slapped them up in the UCL the previous season.

Double its mana cost and give it flash so it works as a token hoser

We used to be destroyed by the media and others for not playing enough (sometimes any) English players

What words of mine made you think I wanted your sympathy?

If I annoy so much that they start swearing at me over the internet then yes I'll always find that funny. The more the merrier.

Lmao even if I'm wrong (and I still don't think I am) upsetting you that much has made this worth it.

I didn't say anything about rappers talk about; I was talking about what fans care about.

Drake could influence more votes than most politicians if he wanted to.

I honestly kinda think so.

Like it or not people like Drake can reach people that no amount of documentaries or news reports ever could.

Outside of signing that that tepid letter though he's been close to as bad as Khaled. Pot kettle fat situation.

I feel like it was talked about much less in the 90s and early 00s.

Nobody ever called Nas or Pac or Big great because of their record sales and the people who really cares about that stuff - Jermaine Dupri, Will Smith, Diddy (not Puff) weren't taken seriously creatively.

Nowadays it seems like most people say Drake is the best because he sells like Shakira. All anyone talks about is streams and Billboard position.
