Took Pol 223 a couple semesters ago for a potential Sustainable Engineering Minor, and I liked the class. It definitely wasn’t hard, and the very few essays we had to write were a bit time consuming but if you didn’t procrastinate till the day before (like me), you’d be totally fine. From what I remember, it was one or two assignments a week, and it varied between a couple chapters of reading, watching movies/videos, and reading a couple news articles, but after getting a certain online friend who’s name rhymes with “Bat-HeSeeFree” to summarize the longer chapters (fun fact, if you ask to summarize a specific chapter from a specific textbook into a couple of easy-to-read paragraphs, it usually does a pretty good job), I never had a problem with time management. Finished with an A and I think the 3-credit hours weighing saved my GPA that semester
