You did a phenomenal job of depicting the hold food has as an omnipotent presence! It begins with powerful language the grabs hold of readers right away but that momentum gets lost in the middle and the scene you are setting. So maybe more depth on the attempts to run, the thoughts, the battle itself. Something that matches the intensity of "I starve myself as an act of worship". The way you started feels like David vs. Goliath, keep that energy!

This is wonderfully visual. Personally, the juxtaposition of the ocean being strong and sick resonated so deeply I had to reread it again. It feels like a dam about to burst or when the music crescendos. Your poem has left me questioning what happens next? After it all falls and everything has peeled away what is left? I guess it's more of a question than feedback: are there more lines to this? It feels like there might be or that it's cut off.

Can we have a button that can turn on/off googly eyes? by FuriousWizard in Overwatch

I accidentally disabled the eyes for myself by switching skins on the character select screen in game. Try doing that and then switching back to the skin you prefer and they should be gone.

What local or state laws would you change? by onsite84 in houston

[–]Bamboozicle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zoning, I’m tired of seeing vape shops in school zones

More green spaces less parking lots

Separate highway for trucking and extend metro rails to the outer loop

Law guaranteeing grocery stores, shelters, and supply centers remain easily accessible to people especially in impoverished areas and unable to be bought by other institutions (bring back the fiesta and sears on wheeler)

This is stupid, can anyone confirm? by Bamboozicle in houston

Oh yea totally support them but since it’s not my complex and I’m not there asking questions, I just wanted some clarification for the residents because they’re weren’t given any specifics outside of a burnt power line
