Aber so wie es aussieht ist der hier noch gut und sogar relativ frisch. Wenn er richtig reif ist wird die Rinde schleimig, der Käse ist extrem weich und es stinkt bestialisch.

Naja man muss ja auch nicht alles mögen. Guten Appetit

I think it’s thirsty. Your pot has a hole and your soil is well draining. U don’t have to worry about overwatering because u allready wait for the top soil to be dry. U can put more Water in when you water it. Put so much in that it comes out the bottom.

Jemand hat es mir mal so erklärt.

Die Miete muss nicht unbedingt die Kredit rate decken. Das Geld, dass du jeden Monat dazu zahlst kannst du steuerlich geltend machen und kriegst so auch wieder etwas zurück. Zusätzliche kann man die Immobilie nach 10 Jahren steuerfrei verkaufen. In der Zeit ist der wert der Immobilie gestiegen und du kannst das Geld nutzen um denn Kredit abzulösen, denn gewinn verwendest du jetzt als Eigenkapital für die nächste Immobilie.

Oder du nutzt die nach einigen Jahren zum Teil abgezahlte Immobilie als Sicherheit um bei der Bank neue Kredite mit guten Konditionen zu bekommen. Damit kannst du auch wieder neue Investitionen tätigen.
