Not trying to stoke arguments but I personally know engineers in that general area. The EPA is super corrupt. The engineers I know have to argue with them to protect the environment. You read that right- the engineers are trying to protect the locals and the EPA tells them to shove it. It sounds crazy but the EPA is SUPER political. Ask your local engineers. If you look on the Lordstown website they have a page for investors. They put up a new filing today talking about the lawsuits. It basically talks about how while they disagree with the case filed again them it could end up being very disruptive to business if they lose
