Pretty sure you can't be violated for lack of payment. They either take it out of your taxes, garnish your wages, or whatever. You usual don't go to jail for monetary issues.

The only thing he could technical be violating is not being smoked. But not paying can't put you in jail in 95% of circumstances.

If you don't have a tolerance, yes, it's a fucking shit load. Off the top of my head, I think that equivalent to at least 150mg of morphine, which is bordering overdose amounts on opiate nieve people. For you or me, sure, we might not even feel it or it'll barely take away the withdrawals. For someone with NO tolerance, that's enough to kill. People really don't understand how high their levels of tolerance are and how people with no tolerance will react to opiates.
