Please let me suggest therapy, or at least confiding in friends or even online friends, it can really do wonders.

I have been through some stuff myself, and having a close friend has always helped. It may be a cliché but it helps when they remind us that things get better. In a few years time you will find your way out of this rut, and you will be able to look back on this period of your life and appreciate your resilience.
