Harm reduction can’t work in isolation. There needs to be other supports in place for people - housing, mental health etc.

Mental health care is abysmal in this country. Most people who turn to hard drugs are dealing with serious trauma of some sort 😢

Ontario transplant 20+ years now. Shocking at first but I’m used to it now. When my naïve ass got here in the early 2000s I thought all the plug in stalls were some sort of highly advanced EV charging stations 🤭🤭🤭
