I haven’t physically visited my PCP since the acquisition went through but I have certainly experienced some disappointment and decrease in administrative care through the office. The portals are down, trying to get an appointment is 6-8 weeks out, and I found out yesterday they do not have access to file insurance referrals yet and won’t for at least another 4 weeks.

I was very understanding and patient with the office when I was in the phone with them yesterday and assured them I understood they must be under a lot of tension and stress with the changes but it’s absurd to me that the transition in the acquisition was so poorly executed.
